Does anyone have experience with a private placement memorandum? Telecom company with VOIP, IPTV and Data wrap up together with a great soft phone. They also have a credit card processing business with payment services. This company is working on cell phone applications for games of chance and international call for pennies. I have always wanted to get in at the beginning of something instead at the end when it was old news. The company is currently listed pink sheet but is a NASDAQ small cap that is delinquent. They just file their first 8k in months and reports have them fully compliant with 30 to 60 days. The company stock symbol is PYSJ and is at $8.00 they are offering discount of about 25% on the PPM. Any ideas? Thanks. \/
